Governors are playing politics ,they are more worried about their second terms , if you are elected in an office and you find that it is blotted you cut the fat ,you do mass layoff ,it is not popular but it is the right thing , I cannot believe Hon Anthony Kibaghendi can lie on national TV, the cost of oil has not gone down in the international market in fact murban has been going up , let him not lie that it is because of the rains that unga has gone down ,the rain can come but if you do not plan for it , it will go to waste .I use to think my friend Kibaghendi was an honest man , but I am surprised he is among those people who can do anything to sabotage the government just for the opposition to be vindicated -bure kabisa !!
