I’d definitely enjoy all that delicious food buffet
But the way you can’t really mix our food cause it’s complex 🤣🤣🤣
My daughters school had a variety of Zambian food on Zambia day
I think that was amazing
On Saturday I attended a Amatebeto and foods I have not eaten in more than 10 years.
We call it biseke in kaonde..very nice drink
You need to bring out The Khumba Cook Book, caterpillar casserole 👍👍
Excellent, nice to see you took ideas on board. Would love to try nshima and vegetable relish, please, no insects, not to European taste!!!! I squash insects, not eat them!!! Love mealies so would like nshima, in UK we like roast beef dinners with Yorkshire puddings and fish and chips, interesting to hear other people's cultures. Tried kapenta once but found it too bony, by the way, we are back in lockdown, lily over there, hope she can get back
