Since when does being anti-Israeli government equal to antisemitism? Israel is more than a religion. Also, if you're against the slaughtering of tens of thousands of Palestinians, does not indicate that you forgot or don't care about the slaughtering, torture, and kidnapping of Israelis, by Hamas on Oct 7. It's not an either-or scenario—humans can feel two or more things at once. In addition, protesting is supposed to be allowed in America, without the intervention of armed police based upon false pretenses and conspiracy. Many are claiming that students who protest, are spoiled and ungrateful. That ridiculous description is most often (and unfortunately) fueled by politicians and the media. So if a student protests, somehow they're spoiled? How does one equate the two? Not all the students who attend these universities are wealthy and secondly, what does your wealth or who paid for your college have anything to do with protesting? The mainstream media is so guilty of painting the wrong picture. It's very simple—there's a genocide unfolding, the USA is funding it, and people are protesting.
"Occasionally violent?" They only ever became violent when police with riot gear stormed in or when anti-protesters attacked the peaceful protesters.
