No big deal here, if you study your biology very well you'd know that bees are one of the "social insects" . They are well oriented (created) to be well organized into specific social groups in their hives (home). For a hive to begin their must be a queen around which every other bees gather. The "workers" take care of the the queen's feeding and cleaning her up 24/7. The queen's duty is to lay millions of eggs on daily basis. The eggs are in individual "cells" in the hive. The workers produce the honey that feeds the queen (royal jelly) as well as the ones put into each cells to feed the eggs. These eggs turns to different kind of bees ( drones – which mates with the queen and workers who are made to guard the queen and the hive as well as go out to forage for nectars from different flowers and fruits which they turn (manufacture) to honey.
