Haiti's prime minister to resign: UN-backed security task force put on hold


In Haiti, armed gangs have gained significant control in the capital. But a deployment of one-thousand Kenyan police officers to help restore law and order has been put on hold. It comes after Prime Minister Ariel Henry announced that he will resign.

  1. Why has it taken so long for the UN to react to the Haiti situation?

    Elections will not help because the same corrupt incompetents will present themselves as candidates. Destroy the gangs using UN Security troops and deselect candidates with corrupt track records with an irreversible lifetime ban.
