Museveni is good at talking but so so bad at implementing. And in this world execution is key. Talking without execution is but a dream. He has lead Uganda for 3 decades but Uganda is losing the economic, health and social status growth.

This man accepted millions from the UAE and he took part in the meeting with a fake leader of the RSF malicia ! The RSF is a genocidal malicia targeting african tribes in sudan, they killed 15000 of the african tribes in Darfur in 2023, and they displaced thousands and kicked them out of darfur and they replaced them with Arabs from outside sudan!

Great speech and insight, but disagree with him on one thing. The world is changing and he need to understand the impact of e-commerce to our economies, the benefits are enormous whereby every other services are being digitized to create efficiency and reduce cost of operations and in line with the modern world.
Hope the World Bank and other Western leaders are not taking this Museveni speech as a theatre.
