WATCH | Joburg Water Crisis Day 10: Hijacked House goes up in flames

A hijacked house in Blairgowrie, Johannesburg, that had been without water for the past 10 days, caught fire on Tuesday morning.The fire was allegedly started by a tenant who threw a cigarette onto a stack of tyres surrounded by plastic and motor oil in the backyard.
