Design engineer must explain what happened………..
The developer and contractor must be investigated and criminally charged
I must add its very very tragic , imagine people are under the rubble , one building and who know why and how this happened , but how disinterested these people DA majority were not interested when the people in gaza were needing help as they were under the rubble in a much much more bigger proportion
