  1. Raila just oginga odinga for ever one day, even though there are other formations as well makes one a luo leader that you as a luo you don't see, and this is why other luo will go with any of the odinga, they invested there political wealth in those traditional luo unions in the hole of East Africa, which most luo politicians are not even members.

  2. Well said,i see a situation where potentially, even the bunge la mwananchi will collapse..what will they even defend if raila wont be in politics?
But again,i am seeing Raila Re-inventing himself right before our eyes.He is strengthening ODM,in the most Un-orthodox way.People are frantic that he will not be on the ballot..he is actually forcing favor for having elected all this politicians. With their fear they will support him 100per cent and not just by mouth,by campaign machinery.

  3. Haiti issue is an error of judgement. It doesn't matter which angle we look at it from just like the housing and health change over without clear modalities set out to implement the same. On 2/3 gender rule or women empowerment, the best and surest move is to create enabling environment rather than temporary or short-term goodies to please them. Kenyan women have what it takes, even to head the country. They don't need sympathy or pleasantries but a chance to excel. The day or point where women learn that they are appreciated, can campaign without being labelled, can apply for jobs on merit and get it and can be treated, first as human beings with the wherewithal than judging them based on human anatomy, that's the point kenya can be proud and saying, we have enabled our women to thrive. Maybe we borrow a leaf from Rwanda or Uganda. I am not for appointments and nominations but merited elective posts with respect and free spirited motto. It is about time that reality is put to test without further untenable promises. I support women 100% in matters governance, decision making and equal opportunities. That time is now, not tomorrow!
