Gad damn you fore me up! Speak your truth!
We need to lift all Americans. We need to hold all Americans accountable. Enough
Start a business 5 years later the zone u out . Be an engineer 10 years experience with top tier projects all over the country. Then some white kid just show with no experience is making then you.
He is a super hero
Disparities don't have to be destiny. Love that! I'm stealing it!
Black people complain 24/7. If your family and community won't help you why do you expect others to help you?
Too hard, too much accountability. Easier to be a victim and blame white people
How you gonna close a racial wealth gap built by plundering wages for centuries followed by a century plus of apartheid. This man is disgusting and disingenuous. Nobody seriously invested in American descendants of Slaves would not be advocating for repair.
Thats great what about the black americans i get you want to help the afticans but what about the black Americans
Facts
This is a truth that applies no matter who it is. I had to tell my son that there is no such thing as white privilege (although this rule changes with the elite wealthy no matter race), but only hard work privilege. Unfortunately he didn’t listen to me and is still working in pizza delivery, even though he was very smart but just didn’t want to do the work.

Love your teachings
This is a white man narrative to advanced a career or sell some books about intellectual magic tricks. But the pain is still there it's real. The same way it's real with white people people of all colors everywhere. Racism is real you can't pretend it isn't there.
I appreciate Candace Owens and Jesse Lee and Larry Elder but they unfortunately are also pushing this white man narrative to kill the victim. To pretend he doesn't have pain.
Better do it fast too. Asians are the fastest growing and wealthiest demographic in the US. I live in California and whites are no longer the majority here. By the turn of the next century this country is going to look very different. The Asians and Hispanics will make up a large chunk of this nation, and they're not going to give a damn about the plight of the black man.

Not looking for white people to solve it, just want the racist ones to get out of the way.
Change begins within. Society can’t make you thrive.
What does your shirt say?
This is an ownership model vs the current handout model
We actually don't need people like Glenn. Glenn is an enemy of the black community. He is a major apologist for white supremacy.
Wisdom of the elders…listen!
And yet when we do attempt to solve these disparities ourselves, we get called racist for targeting our efforts towards our own exclusively and get sued for violating civil rights law (e.g., Fearless Fund) so make it make sense Glenn.
One of my best friends is a government program manager on Redstone Arsenal. He says he desperately needs to hire black engineers to meet diversity goals but they are almost impossible to find. These are great jobs that pay very well.
It will never happen
Glenn Loury is an apologist for white supremacy. As a black engineer I have had to hide my credentials in order to obtain any kind of employment. Black entrepreneurs are routinely denied access to capital. Ask the black farmers! Stop caping for white supremacy and support reparations! 🤔🦾🤨🔥😔☠️
I don't think this gentleman will be on CNN.Thank you sir
So dropping out and listening to rap doesn’t work?
Amen.
Forget the gold star 5/10/15/20 dollars as rewards will show them that they can get paid for doing that work..
Dude the only disparity is the one inside your mind holding you back
Your goddamn genius
this is a great message. we should be teaching our young people self motivation, to strive for excellence, to do your best and to be your best. no one became successful by blaming someone else and crying you were held back. you become successful by meeting the challenges and over coming them.
