l LOVE THIS VIDEO SOOOO MUCH, BUT ALSO….I think we put our bodies under alot of pressure, for me it has to start from looking at your body and loving it ,even when it looked like sh!t. we are both turning 27 and you might become "That Women" at the age of 40. But how you treat your mind and soul can completely change your physical appearance too.
