But many residents are blaming poor management for the shortage.

  2. The toxic and corrupt ANC government have more important issues than taking care of its own people and their needs.
    Citizens must not have high expectations of a 3rd world corrupt government attempting to manage 1st world installations.

  3. Of course, people will use this opportunity to say that SA should stay quiet about the gnoclde and fix the water issues. They're forgetting that different people are in charge of different aspects of governance.
