The difference btw africans and 1 st world, professionalism, in usa, drivers are respected, any kind of worker be it a toilet worker, am a nurse but we have been taught to respect a house keeper and we do bc we can not do without them. Pole bro. Well said

  2. Woie…… hii nayo challenge zimezidi…keep your character young man. Big up for maintaining your morals despite the challenges. Praying things get better for you or you find something else worthwhile…Keep your head up.

  3. Hapo nayo umenena kaka, I've been in many businesses, but this is the most stressful, so many external factors, cops, kanjo, madem wanaamini they should get everything for free, bad roads, other crazy drivers on the road. It is not for the faint hearted for sure

  4. Speaking from a passengers perspective, I’ve had incredibly terrible experiences with Kenyan Uber drivers, I don’t live within the country which makes it difficult for me to understand why prices change mid trip, it’s just a matter of clarification instead of being passive aggressive with your passengers, explain and communicate to me why things have changed… It’s not easy for someone who doesn’t live within the country to be able to navigate you to their location if they are not familiar with the area, Uber needs to improve their maps! I had no issue with paying my trips as Uber showed me, until I realised that Uber drivers mostly take advantage if you’re not aware of how things work, being entitled to my money and not wanting to give me back my change of 900ksh is absurd. I can’t mention how many times I’ve been ripped off by Uber drivers, bolt is not even worth the mention. Once you start to reason with them they become aggressive and loud, I understand you’re being underpaid but also try understanding that it’s not our fault that you’re being underpaid, we just want to get to our location peacefully and not have our vacation ruined just because you happen to have a bad day!

  5. You are asking people to stop having sex in your taxicab. You are part of the problem because you get paid a little more so they can enjoy in the back of your car.

  6. Eeee, it's hectic, and I think this guy can be a very good secret intelligence spy, the way he is able to double read mind and character of a client, again self control Infront of cash for a person who isn't a pastor????

  7. Hii topic ya hii story is very misleading. Tuko mnakuanga washamba tu. Sa mngesema challenges of the online taxi business mtafanyiwa? You are ever alarmist! Bure kabisa!
