here's my fav healthy bowls
#1 Combine yoghurt, pizza sauce (or any u love nd goes with yogurt) then add a bit crunchiness with indian boondi (namkeen and add few) then chop up cucumbers the way u like it and dig in my dear (u can add salts to ur taste)
#2 Combine blueberry paste/sauce just 1/4 spoon or a bit more to ur taste then just cut some fruits to ur desired bite sizes and dig innnn

The only thing I disagree with is the 1,200 calories, that is way too low! If you're not overweight and perfectly healthy you should be consuming at least 2,000 not 1,200 that's insane! Especially if you exercise. The rest is correct.

This video is completely bogus just based on the first 30 seconds. An apple has 80 calories on average. Thats not "extremely low" and certainly not low enough to have it almost completely burned up during digestion.
