Haybo the messages from the ladies? Touching. I heard all of them equally 🙂
They all have lovely personalities
I’m African American and all the African shows on Netflix have me in a chokehold lol Can we acknowledge how the woman who plays Zinhle favors Lauryn Hill’s daughter? All the ladies are beautiful.
I loved listening to these ladies ☺️ especially Angela 😍😍
Girl…the "Sassy" ugh..even if I want to be. IT IS NOT ALL I AM!!! MY GOD!!!
I love this conversation.
Hot Dam this movie is nice! I sit and watch it all at once. The end was where she put him in trunk of the car. and here I was saying he is not dead, then his eyes pop open. Is there another series coming out? Please! I realy love this conversation with these beautiful black ladies. Beautiful actress!
Lol this host should be fired. Did she just say…”I don’t know much of your acting career sorry”
I almost lost all my interest in South African actors especially because of the nonsense they are showing on SABC's soapies, But was nailed it, oh Phila as well was good.
Sorry but relaxing you’re hair since u were 6 is in No Way a healthy thing…. And waiting til you’re a full grown woman to see what you’re natural hair looks like is shameful…. Her parents failed her
Beautiful
I am grateful for so many topics discussed in this show. Especially the hair part. Let us do whatever makes us happy because we are way more than just our hair. I said this before, the whole "you are blacker with natural hair" sharade is so old and petty.
I've always hated that "Tswang, tswang, tswang, leboneng, ngwana o tshwana le le Coloured…". Then being called umnyamane. 😠 I could sense it has colourist undertones. It's so sad how we tend to overlook these small things that can actually affect people psychologically. It's actually subconscious so we don't notice how this is conditioning us.
The great India Arie did say "hey I am not my hair… I am a soul that lives within "
I can relate to not ever wanting to grow my hair out ; I swear there is something about having short hair.
I wish she used her Coconut Kels persona
I love these ladies, but there's something off about the interview.
Anyways, I absolutely love how Nambitha speaks 🥰
Rosemary Zimu and Nambitha Ben-Manwi are stunning
I just finished the 1st season and loved it! ♥️
Absolutely love this!!!!
I feel like Angela wasn't well included in this conversation.
Such an enlightening conversation 🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦💚💕
Yhoo ubu yellow bone is expensive 😳👀🙄😱🤯🤣
I wish the series was as interesting this talk. I love this girl as well, the host, she is not hosting enough!!!
I loved this conversation, especially Ausi Nthathi part about colourism, the affirmations etc and how she sees the difference in the industry now. Every answer from the women added to the conversational topics🤌🏾.
Lesego!!❤
Please support this show!! As an African American, it’s great to see my Black sisters across the ocean.
Absolutely loved this conversation! A serious topic that was insightful without being preachy. I especially loved the part about women having the freedom to do and wear whatever makes them feel comfortable and beautiful and not having that define who we are and how we get treated. Thanks ladies and the great host!
I can so identify with Nthatis sister, being the dark one "umnyamana".
Loved the convo, well overdue we need more of these. And Leego makes he conversation so interesting. Well done Lesogo and Netflix.
LOVED THIS!!! Well done Lesego. This interview was great.
I loved this conversation so much. I laughed, shed a few tears and learned so much from all these beautiful ladies sharing from their own experiences ❤ Well done to my fave Lesego for facilitating this discussion.
This an amazing conversation. Worthwhile, thank you Netflix 🌻🌻🌻
Such a disconnected interview ever.. yoh so cringe 😬😫
I pray it gets a season 2 ❤️
They just gave it away for what's to come in the next season. 🥺🥺🥺🥺
I first saw and fell in love with Lady Nam when I saw her on Scandal, I was like "Who TF is this gorgeous women" it helped that she was Xhosa which made me love her even more so, Samzies.
And then I trolled her for weeks, the end.
I don't like this, 💀why am I cringing?😭
Loved the segment! Hilarious too
