In this video, I’m going to show you how I bought an incomplete house for only $20,000 in 2023 and transformed it into a stunning property worth $200,000 in 2024. You’ll see the before and after pictures, the renovation process, the budget breakdown, and the final result. This is the ultimate guide to house flipping in 2024.

  1. Hello Africabuildinghub.. please I want to start a block factory can you make a video on how much it may cost to start and if it's a good business…I searched the whole of YouTube and there is no video like that…thanks

  2. I was thinking i could buy uncompleted houses or buildings and complete them. What do you think about that is it worth it? I know I will have to do thoroughly investigation.

  3. I have a question about window Burglar proof. In a fire situation while you in the house. How do you escape through the windows when you don't have access to the front door?

  4. I am a Black American man, building a four-story apartment building in Accra, Ghana. I have always had this strong propensity to visit the African Continent in 2020. I wanted to see and experience it for myself. Something deep within the vaults of my heart was tugging at my desire to visit the motherland and create my own memories.

Having said that, I started my project in April of 2022 and I anticipate completing it in April of 2024. I return back to my hometown of Columbus, Ohio in December 2023 because of my multiple family emergencies.

I am going to start my MAGA YouTube Channel (MAGA = Make Africa Great Again) in the near or immediate future. I will discuss my experiences in East Africa (Kenya) and West Africa (Ghana) … the Channel will focus on building a business as well as a home in Africa.

I have plenty of new content, Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to update my page with the latest updates or videos – things are on pause at the moment because of the various "Time Constraints" I am under as a direct result of dealing with my various family emergencies. Lastly, I’ll like to add while Africa certainly has some of the most extensive and unique viewing opportunities on the African continent.

I strongly recommend that every black american should find a reasons to vacation in Africa (Stop spending your money in Europe and Asia), because the African continent has something that is going to appeal to you intellectually, spiritually, as well as physically with its unique landscapes, ancient history, geographical wonders (just to mention a few).

If you want to see my project … do a youtube search on “Joint Venture Ghana 🇬🇭 “

In closing, in the immortal words of my late and great grandfather … “make it make sense boy!”

  5. I sincerely congratulate you! Big WOW!! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
The progress has been so impressive in the past few months, your home is beautiful. I love the colour and the use of the wood and stone. Very tasteful.

You took a big risk – uncompleted building on a hard to access site.
You could not be certain of the quality of the foundation and the works already done! So essentially you are begining afresh.
We are all witness to you being meticulous and methodical at each stage. We saw your clear eyed focus and innovative problem solving.

You have demonstrated repeatedly that direct supervision of a project is key to its success. Issues like rainy season and currency fluctuation affect everybody, but if you are on site regularly you deter so many problems: the unreliable artisans, missing materials and the 'trusted' family members who woukd otherwise chop your hard earned money. These demoralising things stop other house builders for YEARS.

This building is a testament to your tenacity. You should be so proud. Thank you for sharing your journey.

One question- your friend who sold you the plot, the one who could not finish, have they seen the house? What is his/ her reaction?!
