Also try roasting coffee in an air pop popcorn maker. You’ll have to do it in smaller batches but the coffee roasts evenly and you don’t have to constantly stir it. Use a stopwatch until you find the desired colour. Then set a timer for your other batches. It does a pretty remarkable job.
