You added ingredients to the steaming hot potato……nothing said about cooling the potatoes first with cold water……you cooked the already diced potatoes……most people cook the potatoes first, then peel and cut…….
Also, why salad cream……because you hardly had any mustard and hardly had mayo……and so many different peppers and onions ……you said SIMPLE SIMPLE SIMPLE…..this is not simple.

I use all of the ingredients, but I use sweet peas and half of granny apple.
Btw the green, yellow and red pepper was referring to sweet peppers not scotch bonnet…in case anyone is confused
