What was the leftover fruit used for? Or did you throw it away?

Sharbat in India/Pakistan
Diriliş Ertuğrul sherbet ❤❤❤
Magnificent century brought me here. ❤
Delicioso.
I would put it in the blender after hearing it then straining it. I would caramelizó the sugar in the microwave in water making a simple surup to add it to the juice. It would still have the same taste
. The spices can also be put in the microwave in a cup of water to put in the end. The microwave heats them faster and releases the flavors in less time.
In Slavic countries, we have an identical drink traditionally served with dinner in the early afternoon. We call it "kompot", and it is really delicious.
One question, what are the health benefits IF they are any to this drink????
I’m curious because I love the taste, and I have the spicy version regularly, and I’m concerned about its sodium content or other possible side effects. Turkish people, you guys probably know best…
And I buy the bottle version from the store
Looks delicious and so much healthier than store bought cordial. Adding some soda water at the end would also give it a refreshing dimension. Thank you for sharing ❤from Australia 🇦🇺
You have boil again the fruit residue before discarding it to get maximum extract
