  1. How I cooked the cilantro lime rice👇🏽

    2 cups jasmine rice washed, and cooked in 1 cup vegetable broth, and 1&1/4 cup water, seasoned with salt to taste. Add optional 1 tbsp of butter, and cook on low/medium heat till done, then in a separate bowl, add juice of 1 lime, and zest a 1/4 tsp of lime, pinch of salt, 1 tbsp olive oil, whisk and stir into hot steamy rice, and add 1/4 cup chopped cilantro or coriander leaves, stir and serve. 🙏🏼

  2. wow!!! i really love this! do you have to use dry or can you use cannend kidney beans instead? i mean, will it turn out the same or will it lose flavour, since it might be going faster? thank you so much for this video! my mouth is watering and i have all the ingredients at home..but kidneybeans i have only canned…i guess i have to find out now 🙃

Wow this is fantastic, I to live in a burrito loving state and we tried this recipe with a lot of our Hispanic friends at our house and they were totally blown away because they love good tasting beans and coconut but they couldn't figure out how the beans tasted so good with a coconut flavor and how we got it to blend so well in the burrito so thank you for this beautiful recipe it works and it is absolutely delicious
