  2. here's a better way. Pound chicken to 1/2". Put a bit of olive oil, fry chicken on medium heat (covered) for 5 minutes per side. let rest for 5 minutes. eat

  3. I wonder if you pay any attention to what we say…..we all know how to slice and dice, 5 seconds on each ingredient is enough. You are losing likes, not that we don't like a recipe, but because it's insultingly slow and monotonous. Is this how you cook it for your family?

  4. I’ve never attempted to boil chicken but it certainly would eliminate any additional fat/calories. Probably what the body builders would do with chicken.
    High protein/very low fat.

  5. Ur boil idea is fine ..but cutting it defeats the purpose…too crazy ..that itself abruptly made me stop..It seems u experiment too much…the cutting into pieces is never again chicken breast
