Kaikai: We are still one step away from total irritation in terms of how governance used to work and how it’s supposed to work now. You are supposed to have a more irritating Legislature than we have an irritating Judiciary

  1. Hi yhe Ivonne Gung group, it is too late where I am going to 1:00 after midnight, but I leave you eith one strong advice. Refuse to be sat upon whether there or from outside Kenya. Never listen yo every advices unless you know eho is advising you. Be vigilants, they diminish the power in Kenya so yhst thry come become from Europe to take over the leading snd we under them. REFUSE, tell them that yiu wdnt a way znd we are free like any free countries that got independence to go a head eithout you returning after cutting off all that we cultivated. SECONDLY, ask eho comes again in this msnner ehether you sre their eotkers or you have responsibility to see yourselves and country a head eith your reasons becsuse you live in the reasons snd situations uou knoe snx they don't know how to go about. As long as I know, refuse yo study for who must administers your qualification snd you become a dictator yo him yo function snd you stay without an office. If at home you have not noticed them, it is a link ftom home to wrong people that sticks the laws znd do things underneath and against the laws. BE VIGILANTS, THEY HAVE FRIENDS LINKS, TO CONTINUE DESTROYING US SO THAT WE CSNNOT BE CONCENTRSTED SND FOCUSSED ON THE SERIOUSNESS OF FOING EHAT WE HAVE TO DO.

  2. We thought uhuru was bad. The office of president has been a house of honour, respectable and reverential. But ruto ha seen it wise to do the opposite. He started by disrespecting his boss uhuru. That culture is now deep rooted in kenya. Yes wherever president ruto goes watu wanamfanyia makerere. The only time i heard uhuru talk about the sword is when he warned kikuyus that the sword moght fall in unsafe hands, ruto tell every one who cares to listen that the panga sio ya kukata kata sukuma. Tje other thing he has done and does not give honour to him or the office he occupies os the mbo ni matatu slogan. All this things will affect us in phenomenal way as it will establish itself as a culture in kenya.

  3. This was to expect!!!, did anybody expect something different???, many more of this will follow, because Kenyans seem not to stand for there rights!!!, everyday worse than yesterday!!!, talks have been done, & now follows the results point!!! Somebody is gaslighting & manipulating sooo well……

  4. The judiciary in Kenya is definitely running on a wrong trajectory and is taking the Country back to the reason the Constitution of Kenya 2010 was preferred by Kenyans: Then it was a rouge Executive, now it's a rouge Judiciary.

REMEDY: INDEPENDENCE WITH ACCOUNTABILITY TO THE PEOPLE OF KENYA

Reconstitution of the Judiciary Service Commission to be representative of WE THE PEOPLE and not just the legal fraternity.

    CONSIDER THIS:
Membership to reflect face of Kenya through professional bodies such as
Engineers, Architects, Medical practitioners, Educationists, Economists, Legal practitioners etc.

Each of the professional bodies to elect a representative to the JSC with stipulated qualifications. The chairperson SHOULD NOT be the CJ but should be qualified to be a Judge of the Supreme court BUT NOT ONE AT THE TIME OF TAKING OVER.

  5. The executive or whatever they call themselves should follow the law to the latter, there's NO one above the law, being irritated or whatever every law must be accorded it's benefits. Not when it fits the executive it's sweet but when it fits the citizens its absurd.Kila mtu ahusike positively nkt 😏

  6. As you talk about the constitution, kindly am worried about this lion in the house called IMF,what are our economists doing, because we as a country should call IMF to order, they keep giving this regime more loans, but do they demand value for there money so that paying back will be easy,as the citizens we don't see something warrant that shows such much is pump in to our economy kindly educate us

  7. Our courts have been operatung dirty for the longest time but no one wants to take the trash out of them. We can either politicize the filth smell or clean up the house. We cry always on how bad we suffer from corruption but shout and condemn the few who are brave enough to want to fix it. Ukweli ni ufisadi ni mwingi sana kortini.

  8. No body or no study really show's or explains why tyrants are tyrant's.
If the supreme court negotiates it's work ethic in order to level up with the executives jurisdiction or how Budget projects are concluded, we are doomed.
The epidemic called ruto is infecting every independent government institution from top to bottom regardless of how the public scrutinize him, this guy is on a mission and whatever it is, it's not in the best interest of this country. The independence for democracy is at the table and ruto wants to fist.

  9. Corruption in Kenya is like promiscuity. Some who is married going to gave a premarital relationship elsewhere, its not easy to defend lest one is honest and afraid the almighty God.

  10. But the judge is not holier than thou or he is not an angel, he is human being he can be bribe.president William Ruto should crack the whip and judicial officials who are corrupt should be dealt with accordingly.

  11. Could it be a planned game to confuse Kenyans that there exist bad blood between executive n judiciary so that they call for "a dialogue meeting" so that the two persons meeting can strategize for 2027 elections being that "on the ground vitu ni different"

  12. This Gladys b……, what the hell she thinks she is????, how can one be so stupid????, but Ruto has paid them for this, & this with the tax money kenyans are paying!!!!, but am so proud of the media, and particularly Citizen!!!

  13. Ruto and his deputy swore to protect ,defend and uphold the rule of law.they are now trashing court orders.if the public resulted into defying the law and dismissing verdicts of the court,we shall be sliding into anarchy
