  1. Just confidence, got them this, In Lion's den in Nigeria, it has to be something new, no investor is willing to enter an already competitive market

  2. I can't help thinking they missed a huge opportunity to involve Peter in this, the additional equity loss is borderline meaningless when compared with the help they would have received to build out their software product, which is their true differentiator. Peter and Gary would have been preferable, although their offers were maybe too far apart to synergise a deal. Lotti is incredible though.

  3. They are the perfect complement for each other's style and strengths. He's the former elite athlete and coach and the brain behind the product and she's the businesswoman, the brain behind the business. Her responses to every Dragon was spot-on but respectful and professional at the same time. Her "Can I finish, is that okay" is one of the HARDEST things to say during any discussion, professional or personal, without sounding condescending but she did it so masterfully. The softest I've ever come up with is, "Well, let me complete the full thought and it will hopefully give you the insight you're looking for, would that be okay?"

  4. I didn't get it, why were all the sharks so impressed?

So basically they doubled their revenue every year, which is great. They project a 60M revenue in 6 yrs which is great. All these are great points to make it a good investment.

But I don't think this is what impressed the sharks. What did I miss?

Her grit, and ability to answer those Qs seem pretty normal to me. ( a matter of cultural differences maybe, I am Indian living in India )

  5. Was just thinking the other day Gary Neville would be good on match of the day after Lineker retires then thought he works for sky sports.. Now seeing him on BBC gonna make sure he gets that match of the day job

  6. Confused about how special they think she is, we see two quick witted responses from her which were good but that’s it. Maybe there was more that was cut out

  7. We picked a few things others invented and thrown them together with an app that's not our invention either. You shall spend £250 yearly. On what? You buy the device once, right? Or does it only last a year?
