  1. Beef stew. Beef, onions, carrots, potatoes, stock cubes, and of course water. Cook it, when it's nearly ready, and a little bit of corn flour to thicken. Simples.

Some people don't wash their meat because a lot of countries have regulations that ensure the meat is already properly cleaned and washed before packaging and washing it after just removes the little extra protein that is the myoglobin. And usually cooking the meat to the correct temp will remove any other impurities or bacteria that can cause harm.

    I think it's just a matter of preference

  3. by washing the meat you contaminate other containers that you use for washing, meat should be cooked without washing since the heat from the cooking kills every possible germs that may be present… like and comment on the same here
