We're somehow supposed to believe that Wanjigi, with all his money and contracts that he's been scoring over the years through backroom deals, cares about the country and regular people so much that he's began making speeches calling for a revolution.
It's quite easy to see that deals are starting to go sour for the rich guys. There's a wealth redistribution coming up so the regular people can start benefiting from the country's resources. Wanjigi and his caliber are scared out or their minds for what's coming.
