Tim Cook is NOT happy. Apple Vision Pro News #apple #applevisionpro @mkbhd

MKBHD tried the Apple Vision Pro for the 3rd time and had strong words. We aren’t on the same page. His thoughts and mine here. @mkbhd

  1. I went through 2 Vision Pro’s, exchanged one for a bad Lidar cameras and the second didn’t track either of my hands. I just ended up returning it due to not being able to control it. The video you put out about it being great until it’s not, is spot on. Not to talk shit I’m a X Apple employee, & love the company but being heavily tattooed head to toe and from having to use rubber clear furniture feet on my Apple Watch to have it work, & now the work around for the Vision Pro is wearing gloves.. which I didn’t even bother trying. I’m not spending 5k to wear gloves lol. Where is the inclusion and diversity for us tattoo folk @apple ? More love for us tattoo folks as we love tech as much if not more than the naked humans. I get older and tech gets better I realize being blasted we just don’t get features that work due to layers of ink some one gotta to figure out a fix other then mittens lol

  2. He´s not that wrong, the solo strap does make it feel heavy so if you wanna use it long time, there is absolutely no doubt you need the dual loop band. "Try it out in the Apple store" is a bs statement, you don´t have the opportunity to wear it 2-3 hours. I´m not a fan of MKBHD but he´s right when he says its heavy.

  3. This is possibly great marketing. People are going to try it in the store and see that it isn't really that heavy than they expected and then they buy it.

  4. This kind of editing is better on TikTok. The people on YouTube are more keen on fully-fleshed-out content that is informative. Shorts: data overload. TikTok : filter overload. Reels : violence overload

  5. I agree everyone should try it on their own before even considering buying that. But heavy and comfort are definetely subjective, I sometimes get annoyed by sun glasses, I hated the covid mask because how they pulled on my ears, stripping 2/3rs kgs on my head? No thanks. Also, maybe a rich ex apple developer wouldn't understand, but for 99.9999% of people that thing is way too expensive for what it offers, you can be more productive with a laptop, we're already engaged enough with digital world trough our phones, the image quality although best in class is not the same as eyes, especially during movement and low light and fov, as MKBHD have said, this is a product for developers, youtubers, and rich people who doesn't have anything better to do with 3.5k USD. No, this can not replace a TV, laptop, phone, watch, screen, keyboard, camera, video calls, time with family, can't replace anything

  6. as a motorist. wtf a gogle can do to you? i usually ride 6 hour straight with fullface + air resistance and the only part im feeling pain were my lower back.

  7. I think the worst take is about Spatial Videos. I tried watching some videos with a cheap Google cardboard and I'm willing to bet it's the best feature on the Apple Vision Pro.

  8. ? no-one is talking about any HeavyGate or anything…..well no-one expect you. They gave there opinion that they feel like its a bit heavy for them personally and that's it
