When I was a kid in School 2 Ugandan teachers on exchange program came and did a talk about Africa, I would later write an essay on the "Kalahari Bush People", it was the only fukkin thing I did right at school. I will never understand why Africans seem to take pride in humans originating from the continent (if they did). Why would that be something to brag about? If humans originated from say Iraq or Turkey or Egypt I can't imagine the people there now would view that as some kind of honor.
