  4. Watching this video, the thing that stands out most to me is how fantastic your skin is! Definitely an added motivation to try these very simple tips. Great video. Thanks so much.

  5. Fish oil help with the hot flashes, I discovered this my mistake was taking fish oil for the omega 3, 6, and I stopped taking it for about two weeks and the hot flashes hit me like a train. Therefore, I did my research and learned it does help!

  6. Red wine ? Interesting. I never drink but this makes me feel better when i do on special holiday❤ I don't drink soy products but I do drink coconut milk for years and I found it to be so beneficial for my digestion.

  7. Okay.
I was told that Tofu increases testosterone. Was that wrong information then.

Flaxseeds & flaxseed oil are blood thinners. I can't take them while on blood thinner medications.

But I do eat lots of nuts & berries.
Is peanut butter okay? I have cravings for peanut butter now that I am in menopause.

  8. I notice in this video that your hairline was thinning…and mowadays its thick and healthy. Keri-Anne what would you attribute this to? I have this same problem. I am 46yrs

  9. Buy flax seed from good stores – otherwise you might even find the whole seeds rancid and smelling fishy.
Be careful of soy – most are GMO, they say. Fruit and wine are great, but high in sugar, so beware, especially dry fruit!

  10. been having hot flashes for 14yrs. Nothing really helps. I was told red wine would trigger hot flashes so I have avoided it, maybe I will pickup a bottle of red next time, although I drink very little alcohol.
