  1. Listen, all the cholesterol nonsense about eggs came from the government, whatever is beneficial to our health the government make it out to be the devil

  2. I go thru at least 18 eggs a week. I'm a really OLD guy! One of the "health food" saying I remember from decades ago: One of the hardest foods to digest is "hardboiled eggs – One of the easiest foods to digest is "RAW eggs" . My morning smoothie always has 2 raw eggs in it. One of my OMAD dinners is 1/2 lb. bacon crumbles and 5 or 6 eggs – "lightly" scrambled – plus 1 or 2 slices of sharp cheddar cheese. Enjoy what you eat!

  3. Do not follow this regiment if you have already blockage in blood vessels. I know someone who got mild stroke, still able to walk and speak. Then following similar advice like this fir one month, she got second stroke. Very detrimental, cannot walk, talk, cannot raise the neck straight. Now stabilized after stopping eating whole egg.
