Your story doesn't make sense unless i missed a chapter… Europe is easy to move around just read the signs or get a map of buses, trains trajectories.
Common sense if don't understand the language just use dictionary translater on yr phone

There’s something about Switzerland I remember I had a connecting flight in Zurich airport I said to myself I would like to come back and experience this country. It felt like I was watching a film and I was almost emotional at the way you were so happy when you saw the snow the first time. That moment(seeing the snow for the first time) felt like God comforting you in the middle of a storm❤
