Thank you. I followed the same procedures but mine came out too soft not like normal sinasir. As in the top is too soft that it can easily be messed up when touched

Possible way to sinaser with corn flour and also with semolina, if you please, I mean other ways than rice
Ayzah, if you use yeast then you dont need to add baking powder.
