  1. Thank you, sister. Liked your video. My only remark is that you seem to talk alot the the Wolof speakers. You should talk more to us, the Enlgish speakers. The Wolof speakers should know how to cook this already. The second thing is, tell us "I fried this for about 5 minutes, 10 minutes" That would give us an idea. I loved your video, keep it up!

    Thanks,

  2. Benachin! Super Tasty Dish from The Gambia in Africa! 🙂 Fancy Benachin! I want to eat this so much but, I need those snails!

Is the way to a Man's Heart through his Stomach? Perhaps that is a true saying! 🙂

  3. Tradition jollof doesn’t require prawns 🍤 in it this is modern jollof rice call it europe red rice you guys put too much of what even your ancestors who invented jollof rice wouldn’t put in it all of these are not really necessary cooking jollof rice should be simply simple but you guys are making cooking it technically technical 19:57

  4. Nigerians and Ghanains i hope you are here to see where the original Jollof rice come from? How its cooked and so forth. You been claiming this dish for a long time! While the originators of this dish are silently watching you all making noise 🤣🤣🤣this is the real deal and it tastes amazing. 👌🤣🤣🤣

  5. An Arab here. This looks like a dish we have called Kabsa. I tried your recipe as it is when I tried it the first time, it was unbelievably delicious. The next time, I used your recipe and replaced the rice with basmati rice. Your recipe has taken my Kabsa dish to a whole new level. I’m all here to admire African cuisine and flavors. You guys are the best!

  6. Thanks Barrifemme for the wonderful Benachin recipe. I'm from Nigeria and lived in the Gambian – Serekunda for over 3 years. Long Live The Gambia. I really miss the Wolof Language along with wonderful country and Benachin off course. Good work sister.
