  5. Nice!! Mashed Banana in porridge??? Got to try that.l love chia seed, l have a kilo Jar of it in the kitchen always.You can mash the boiled eggs with the avocado as well,that's what l do.Two boiled eggs to one avocado ratio. I make pitta bread and have it with it. Lovely. Thank you.
