  1. Hey Everyone! The holiday season is over and we are back with more episodes! This week we are in Holmby Hills and hope you enjoy this modern mega mansion as much as we did!

  2. So, I've looked up this place on Zillow and Google Maps since I commented a couple of weeks ago. Now, I believe it's way, way, way overpriced. #1 – It's directly across the street from a school. That means noise eight hours a day, plus you have to deal with the drop-offs and pick-ups every morning and afternoon. Probably a reduction in price of as much as ten million right there. #2 – Looking at the pictures on Zillow, this place isn't architecturally very special. It's basically a great big box. #3 – I watched the video again. I think the first time I viewed it, I was doing something else at the same time, because there was so much I'd missed. For instance, the lack of a view. I hadn't noticed that the DTLA view was only from the rooftop deck. I went back to the map, and I see this place is horribly located. It's west facing. Think about it. That means it's dark half the day and then it gets full sunshine. Altogether, if this place sells for more than $35 million, someone got robbed. The upper 20s would be more appropriate. Even with all the unnecessary amenities, there's no way this home should be priced at $45 million.

  3. Thank you Enes and Cody for another Mega Millionaire Mansion tour.

Although I’m not understanding the trend of Mega front doors.
It would make me feel like a hobbit entering my home.

  4. I was doing research about meditation room. Loks like that water feature with the tree was intended for yoga. It fits all the descriptions I searched for. Lots natural light. Water sounds. And a trees and air. Please next time point that out. Thank you
