The only pizza that I think is a disgrace and I hate with a burning passion is pineapple pizza, which I was horrified to find out was a real thing when I moved to America. I would love to try Zanzibar pizza, and I think it looks amazing.

While they are telling us that it's made only of materials from Zanzibar they show us a sign with the first entry "Banana Nutella"… So they make their own Nutella there?! :-D

The flour he is using is refined flour aka Maida..which is very harmful…although in moderation this pizza is ok
Actually is not making recipe original pizza 🍕 but pizza Zanzibar like dough roti canai and garam masala spice is from India cuisine…not semiliar 💯% pizza 🍕

I’m not a pizza purist but I feel bad for some people argue about this pizza.
A bunch of cultures put toppings on bread, pizza is such a generic term.
It sort of reminds me of pupusas, a lot of people were making comparisons to other night market or 'street foods', and the use of the dough to wrap around the ingredients and lightly frying it reminds me of that. Very interesting!
