There’s been a surge in violence in Haiti’s capital, with a top gang leader threatening to prevent Prime Minister Ariel Henry from returning to the country.
Henry is in Kenya, which had agreed to send police officers to Haiti as part of a UN-approved mission.
There was heavy gunfire and traffic disruptions in some areas of the capital…

Why doesn’t Ariel organize a fair election now to be held as soon as the extra Kenyan police arrive? If he cared for his country he would do it as clearly he is the reason for the turmoil. He can’t just allow himself to stay in power without the people’s vote.
