Hamas started the war on October 7, it can't be helped, Gaza is Hamas's authority, which is the opposite, different from the West Bank which is controlled by the Palestinian president.
Palestinians have the right of resistance against the oppressor, apartheid and colonial state of Israel, even the armed resistance. Israel being the oppressor and illegitimate force doesn't have any right of defence, their rhetoric of defence is absolutely absurd and ridiculous.

Hamas brutally and viciously attacked Israel on October 7th 2023, and the Palestinians celebrated. They danced around fully agreeing with what Hamas has done. Beheading Babies, setting people on fire and torturing pregnant women are just some of the atrocities that have been inflicted on innocent people. Crimes against humanity. But now that the Palestinians are being attacked it is a crime against them. An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth. Surely a war is ugly and many innocents will die. But when the leadership of Hamas doesn't care for their people, and it is obvious that they don't care by them hiding amongst the civilians. They steal the little aid that is coming into Gaza, and they are not running out of weapons and ammunition. The millionaires of Hamas' leadership dont even live in Gaza. The more their people are suffering the better for their leaders. It gives them free propaganda that supposedly they are so innocent. The only innocents are the children on both sides. Given the chance that they would attack us again like on 9.11.2001 the Palestinians would celebrate and dance again just like they did then. It is upsetting how quickly people forget that. I don't agree with Netanyahus way of handling this situation, yet no country in this world would take an attack like what Hamas did just laying down.
