Janjaro || Maharagwe || Beans Stew

Janjaro is a Sudanese/South Sudanese bean stew. In Kenya, this is called maharagwe or madondo. This dish is cooked in different so what you are seeing is how I prepare it. i donโ€™t use too many spices in my bean stews, however, this is just a preference so you can adjust the spices according to yourโ€ฆ

  1. You put garlic with the onions when its frying, then add tomatoes and we put a bit of tomato pasteโ€ฆ and all those seasoning spices then lastly we add the beansโ€ฆ lol atleast thats how my sudanese family does it.
