  1. Every day, probably every hour, passengers miss their flight. They arrive late at the gate to find their plane has left without them. Why isn't this on your show? Oh, that's right, because nobody expects a plane to wait – or a train – or a bus.

  2. I think. The only reason these fools were given the platform is because of money. If these were regular folks, their story might have seen the light of day.

  3. They have NO one to blame but themselves. All cruise ships are very clear that you WILL be left if you are late (unless you’re late on one of their pre-screened excursions).

  4. My wife and I have been on 4 cruises and never missed an all-aboard call, because we heeded to the very well communicated warnings of what will happen if you miss your time. These folks are a little entitled in my opinion and maybe next time they'll take their daily schedule into their own hands. There are 2000-3000 passangers aboard the average cruise ship and the cruew works tirelessly to keep on schedule, they can't babysit all the passengers.

  5. One fact is for sure….from now on they will NEVER be late returning to the ship again….in these cases, the truth is always somewhere in the middle…I don't believe 100% nor the passengers , nor to the shipping company

  6. But you are told over and over that you have a ‘ruturn to ship by’ time. If you choose to do an outside excursion, you’re on your own. Imagine if the cruise line broke the rules and waited for you, and then another group that was late and then another group that was even later, etc. Where do you draw the line? You draw it by not allowing it to happen in the first place 🤷🏼‍♀️

  7. Times are provided. Get there on time! If not, 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️. Would that couple that said the ship adheres to times “too rigidly” say the same about airlines? I think they should not cruise or fly if they believe adhering to times is too rigid when there are thousands of others expecting to leave on time.

  8. Um Today Show!! Was it a slow news day? They were late for departure! They aren’t special, they’re entitled and you’re condoning it by airing their so called grievances

  9. 5:34 I don’t understand why they are doing interviews. Everyone who cruises know you be back by the time they tell you. Even the cruise sponsors shore excursion don’t guarantee they will wait for you they guarantee you they will get you to the next stop. Why do they think they deserved special accommodation?

  10. This is NOT news, get it together Today Show. This is desperate and pathetic, fake news at best. Everyone knows to get back to the ship on time. What a bunch of Karens! NCL even paid for their travel, they dont deserve that.

  11. They haven’t been left behind they rudely missed the ship they should not get any sympathy whatsoever they were rude about the other people that were there on time
