Hi I'm 16 and I have lupus I'm about 5,5 and I weigh around 146 pounds I am trying to start doing a lupus diet because I have been having complications and I know diet is a big part of it all! I used to do ballet and back then I was in great shape, but when I was diagnosed with lupus when I turned 12 I stopped being as active because I was trying to get my health in check! I want to start back working out but i don't know where to start as far as diet and how to correctly do the exercises, my main concerns are belly and glutes! Anyway I'm sorry for rambling if their is anything you can do to help that'd be great! I love your channel so much it's very informative, thx so much for reading this!

I'm currently injured and going to the chiropractor 3 times a week. :c so I'm sad I cant workout because it helped me so much mentally. my goal this year are staying consistent as I can because I do have everything I need at home so I don't need to pay for a membership at the gym; five days a week for the next 6 months and continuing to stay consistent through the year and so on, eating healthy etc. you know the deal.
