To be honest you phranklyn am not surprised. The bible say a man enemy is from his household and Jeremiah 17 say the heart of a man is desperately wicked who can know it. No.one can be trusted, Family member are not to be trusted, they only care about themselves. You are better off trusting total strangers than family, this is my experience, we must stop all these sentiments. look they even threatened the poor man's life after duping him. They will pay for it, his story remind of Joseph. God will replenish him. Thank God they didn't Kill him. Its really sad.

Thanks for sharing the story. However I have someone who same thing happened to who trusted the mum sending her so much money only to return after 19years with health issues only to find out the mum spent the money and fight with her that she had to run away for her life. Many of us came from the narcissist family whereby is what you do for us, not who you are. Empathy doesn't operate in many African environment boundaries is not taught. Sad. We need to be educated what is love not spoken.
