If anyone is looking at this massive estate and thinking " its a forest ", that was my thinking when I was literarily forced by My Dad to buy plots of land in Ikorodu 2002 for 60,000 naira each. I was so furious but my Dad was on my neck to buy it. Fast-forward the same plot of land cost over 5,000,000 each today if you are even lucky to find anyone selling, a place I once called a forest has some of the most expensive houses including my retirement home built on today. In less than five years, you will hardly believe its the same place phrankleen is showing you in this video.
