Wages not keeping up with inflation, previous generation's workforce not retiring in this economy, all this despite record levels of corporate profit. It's just greed is what it is.

Hell yes.I would leave in an instant.enjoy where I work however I couldnt care a hoot.
I can tell you majority of S.Africans worsen their problem by turning to drugs & alcohol to cope.
I would care to expand if i wasn’t giving it away for free
Pay is too low, you are bullied and sucked dry by your employer, and you are just a number. You end up doing 10 people's jobs for the same amount of money, no increases.
The moral code of succsess and once attitude to maintain that hype of illusion, will backfire in selfdoubt.
Snd foreign companies pay us south Africans nothing, but pay their exposure everything
We are just a human farm for taxes and ANC funders at this point..we get nothing from any goverment institutions and only give almost all of our rights, freedom, choices, safety, security and money to Anc.i dobt blame ppl for wanting to speak od auch thing's. We r simply cash cows for the elites.
Solar cycle 25, planetary alignments, climate change, global leaders and their stupid wars, and what comes with it affect all life on earth.
Never in modern times has it been more important than ever for humanity to come together.
Help, guide support love instead of walking away from the crisis the whole world is in not just SA.
Meditate
Stay calm
Relax
Remember nothing stays the same not even the universe out there.
Remember we as a people must fight for mother nature and get that strange control over us coming to an end
It would be interesting to know how many of the 61% took the covid vaccine.
Why do some bosses so awful to their employees
I want to interact with someone who can really help me with the wounds, not just recommend a pill to numb the pain…
We definitely need 'right to switch off' legislation in South Africa.
Crime and PTSD is definitely a statistic, however laziness, entitlement and everything for free mentality is also at play.
Incredible how a Country that has not yet self-actualised in the realm of a thriving economy, now puts the 'Cart befor the Horse'. Taking on all these 'softy feely' considerations, when we do not even HAVE a Western Style comcomittant economy/industry/employ. Yet we want to appropriate THEIR projections. Them having lost themselves, THEM having no Vison, THEM being, (in many case), too comfortable, too spoilt, too wealthy, too bored. WE ARE NOT THERE YET.
But hey, great that in our 'unequal', poverty stricken, struggling economy, now we have EVEN MORE, (western style): Maternity Leave for our 'men'.? But no jobs???
Imagine the 'mental issues' of those during World War 1/2? They should clearly have stopped the war just to deal with the mental anguish?
Without Vision my People Perish. Without direction, Without Purpose. Without knowing our identity. Know thy self. Know thy Direction….and all else will pale into insignificamce. Easy said than done. But that is the eternal truth…..the eternal principle. Life is (Just) not fair.
Not to deny or reduce Mental Health per se'
They must suck it up
And the crime is affecting mental health. So much trauma amd empathy fatigue.
In a country with such extreme levels of unemployment, and environment where ‘decently’ paying jobs are hard to find, it’s easy for employers to squeeze employees to the brink
