Great job Mama. One suggestion next time you breaking lots of eggs don’t do it all into one big bowl because the last one might be bad and spoil the rest. Break into a jar or a bowl and transfer into the bigger bowl. Thanks.

Hi. You are supposed to mill flax seeds and not put them as they are because they do not digest. When flax seeds are milled they add a nutty flavor to your food which I find nice but I’m not so sure about you. Great content. Keep up the wonderful work!🙌🏻🔥👏🏻

Your children are different ages & this means they have different nutritional needs. So how come you portion your food equally? doesn’t this mean some kids are overfed and others underfed?🤔

Watching from Ireland…lived in Kenya and here and never washed egg shells or ever saw anyone do that! Anyway, for us porridge, good decent sized bowls and for me a few mugs of tea, the Kenyan tea method is by far the best…keeps us all going until lunchtime. Love your food ideas always. Really enjoy them. Keep going strong.

My husband likes baked pancakes with peanut butter sometimes I will put chocolate chips in them, but they are way easier then frying pancakes on the stove….plus fluffier. I also like to make what I call breakfast hash, it's diced potatoes, that I start frying in a pan with some oil, then I grab any bits of leftover veggies from the fridge and toss them in, squash, zucchini, onions, peppers….whatever, and sometimes I add some leftover meat, sausage, bacon, ground beef, pork…. whatever, then add eggs, stir it up till everything is cooked add a little salt and pepper, and a bit of cheese….I usually make enough for the whole week for him, I make egg popovers with basically a little of the same stuff from the hash but much smaller amounts, whip up a bunch of eggs, spray some large muffin cups and add whatever I want to them about 1/2 full then top with the eggs add a pinch of cheese to each one…. bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes till a tooth pick comes out clean, I make breakfast burritos, kinda like you did, and French toast, breakfast strata is another favorite, it can be made savory or sweet, those are a few of my go too's…..my husband doesn't like cereal or oatmeal…. he's a bit spoiled too! 😂

My microwave has been dead for three months,I went window shopping the same make is like double the price,then I remembered a fundi who used to repair for us at my previous work station,I looked for his number.He has an opening at Westlands and he repaired it.

Suzy I love this! I have started to increase my protein too. I recently heard of a plant called camu camu which is the richest source of protein. I want to try the yogurt and granola, I'm leaving the raisins out though I only like them baked in bread or cakes 😂. Also the wraps can you use wholewheat flour instead of white flour?

Giiirrll, protein is a real superhero. I can't believe it's taken me so long to realize. It's really saved me … staying full for longer, not having cravings. Sometimes I literally need to remind myself to eat just so that I'm not under eating 😁

Nearly everyday we have cooked sausage/chorizo or cabana cabinossi bacon,my baby likes omelet and bacon and a handful of blue berries or diced mandarines. Eggs are so hard to find in the shops now so I had to introduce the sausage as we can’t always get eggs now.💗love your cooking.

Hey Suzy ❤ for the flaxseed it's better to blend it then keep in fridge then use when needed. It's absorbed better.

Remove your ring when using your hands to cook. Rings habour germs.
