There is no evidence that oil pulling whitens teeth.
Solid video! I actually didn't realize exfoliation helped with bacteria buildup! Just be careful with the silicone exfoliating pads for two reasons. The deep ones can be harder to clean and hold water for too long and end up a mildewy mess. This applies to all silicone products you don't keep thoroughly clean and dry after each use (especially if you have a silicone mat in your tub). The second reason to be careful is that we tend to get a little rough with things that seem too gentle on our skin because we think abrasion is more helpful than what it is. Don't try to scrub your skin off every time you get in the bathtub, especially not your face, armpits, or intimate areas! Anywhere where your skin is thin and/or where you have mucous membranes should generally be treated with care that you (should) be using for your face otherwise you can end up with major skin irritation.
