Great content but for ur information, the interest rate on a treasury bill does not vary from bank to bank. The interest rate is the same at all banks. Treasury bill is actually issued by the bank of Ghana yet the various banks issue the treasury bill on behalf of the central bank (bank of Ghana). On the other hand fixed deposit varies from each bank.
