How long should it realistically take to obtain allocation papers in Kumasi? In land buying process and king has delayed us every 2 weeks for another 2 weeks for the last 4 months! Every time the land seller goes to meet the king the meeting gets delayed. I’m loosing hope, am I been unreasonable at this stage asking for the money back?

You will never truly own land in Ghana, one big scam, if the chief or government has interest in the land you purchased they can make you move off the land. That paperwork means nothing. Sure they will let you think you own the land lol!!! Ill deal with the racism in America, at least I truly own the land.
