Right now most of the searches that you may do will be outdated information. The reason being is because when they buy or sell the will giv u a site plan but they won’t register it at lands commission because of the tax etc and Dodgy dealings. If u do want to build stay in Ghana and watch them finish building do not send ur money to any while overseas to build for u . Not even to family .
