  1. How y’all do to not have acne with serious mass ???
    I’m so scared to try this out !! because based on what I would I read on forums, they said that it gives acne on backs and faces

  2. I took half a serving of serious mass daily for 6 days without thinking about its cholesterol affect. Then i did a blood test, my LDL went to 146 and my blood sugar went to 5.8.
    I am 37 and I weigh 166LB and 6.05’ tall
    I regret taking serious mess!

  3. Question! So I have been drinking a protein shake once a day. I purchased the serious mass protein powder. I definitely see that I have gained in areas that I wanted! I’m proud of myself and I’ve worked out as well. However, I have become bloated in my stomach. I do ab & core workouts. But I’m still bloated. Would it be okay to drink green tea after drinking my shake so it helps with my bloating?

  6. I use protein shake, strawberry.). I put banana/half and half, little peanut butter because it goes a long way also put a few strawberries blueberries use coconut milk. Every morning I make it and drink it. I weigh only 97 pound and I’m 24. I use a app to make sure I at least eat all the calories I need. Very helpful using it. And joined a gym today. My shake is not hard to finish it’s good best in a blender and very cold. Hope this helped.
