Can we mix and keep them at once like 5kg wheat and 1 kg addon and mix them and keep and use it for everyday…or else…everyday we have to do it freshly…pls let me know .. thanks in advance

Grinding wheat in flour mill is good instead of buying readymade atta. We shouldn't sieve it and remove the bran in it. Ofcourse we can add black channa in wheat before grinding.
